RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict, no returns, no refunds policy on any consumable good.

Unused, unworn, unwashed, and originally packaged non-consumable goods may be returned for a refund or store credit within 30 days of your order. 

Email us within 30 days of your order and we'll send you a return authorization number (RMA).

Please note that in order to return an unopened product, you need a RMA number.

THE FINE PRINT

Consumable goods are not valid for a return or refund.

Non-consumable goods may be returned with an assigned RMA. 

Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Discounted or Clearance Items: Discounted and clearance items are not eligible for a return. This includes items purchased with a coupon.

Promo Items: Promotional items and mystery gifts are all sales final. 

Apparel: To be eligible for a return, apparel must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Shipping Times & Delayed Shipments

Shipping times are estimations provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Once an order leaves the warehouse, we have no control over time in transit, delayed shipments, or tracking information. 

Orders that experiences delays cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned while in transit.

If you are experiencing delays with your shipment, keep an eye on your tracking for updated time stamps. 

Returned & Refused Shipments

All returned and refused shipments will be automatically refunded minus a 15% restocking fee.

Order Cancellation 

Once your order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. 

Before checking out, double check that your order is correct.

Subscription Cancellation Policy

In order to cancel your subscription, please email us at purewavenutrition@gmail.com

Customers receive subscription reminders three days prior to their upcoming processing date. If you need to cancel your subscription - you must do so within the three days after your reminder email. 

Any subscriptions that process before closing your account cannot be cancelled. 

Refunds

Refunds will be returned to your original method of payment. Depending on your institution and type of card used, refunds can take anywhere between 3-10 business days to show in your account. 

Discounts and Promotions

Only one discount can be used per order. 

Discounts, promotional codes, coupons, and special offers are applied only at the time of checkout and cannot be added, modified, or applied after an order has been placed. 

We do not apply discounts retroactively to placed orders, even if; a new promotion or discount code becomes available after your purchase, you forgot to apply a valid discount code during checkout, and/or you find a better offer after purchase.

Once your order is submitted, the pricing (including any discounts applied at checkout) is final. 

Unless specifically stated otherwise, all promotional codes are limited to one (1) use per customer. 

FACEBOOK AND ADVERTISEMENT-SPECIFIC PROMOTIONS

Promotional codes distributed via Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and creator-whitelisted advertisement campaigns are tied to specific campaign audiences and sets. 

These codes are valid for the duration of the active campaign period and may be deactivated at any time without prior notice. 

All promotional codes are strictly limited to one (1) use per unique code. Each customer is entitled to redeem only one (1) promotional code per active promotion.

PUREWAVE Nutrition LLC reserves the right to cancel duplicate orders that violate this policy.

Back Orders

Back-ordered items ship as soon as they're available.

If you have non-backordered items in your order, your entire order will be held until all items are in stock. 

We are unable to split-ship a back-ordered item for you. If you wish to have your in stock products shipped immediately, please place two separate orders.
